After the smoke test for the survey, we believe there's no big issue in the setup.

We have now sent all surveys to the backers, you should expect to see it within the next few hours. Please check your spam folder also :D

Currently, we are waiting for payment from Kickstarter.
And we will send the survey to you. Then we will then start ordering material and production soon.

Here's an estimated timeline for our project.

Week of 9 Sept - Receive payment from Kickstarter & Send Survey to Backers
Week of 16 Sept - Order Materials (2 weeks)
Week of 30 Sept - National Day Holiday in China - Factory Holiday (1 week)
Week of 7 Oct - Start Production (4 weeks)
Week of 4 Nov - Packaging
Week of 11 Nov - Send to Fulfillment Center and Start Delivery

We know there's a little behind the original schedule since we planned to start pre-production during the campaign but due to some changes, we couldn't do that. Thus caused this postponement in production.

Also factory should get back to us about the MFi application next week. 

We will try to give an update for every 1 or 2 weeks to keep you updated.

Fix Your Payment and Survey Arrangement

To those who encountered payment error

We noticed that some backers have encountered payment error, that possibly there're some glitches on Kickstarter.

Here're some solutions to it.

*You have to do it on Desktop website, App can't fix the payment.

1. When you log in to your Kickstarter account, you should have noticed a highlighted red banner on the top, click the "Fix payment"

2. And you should get into the next page, and you should see a blue button "Retry your payment", click it.

3. And here, you may want to retry your current card again, as we have heard from few backers that this solved the problem.

4. If it doesn't work, there's a backer told us that, he deleted his credit card and re-entered it again.

5. Alternatively, you can click “Add a new card”, to enter another credit card info and try again.

You should expect to receive the survey after 10-14 days.
